for the purpose of contracting for wedding photography as follows:

Actual Time of Wedding________________________________    Photographer is available for the ENTIRE DAY of the Wedding at no extra cost.

We will post on a password-protected website all of the images of your wedding (usually 300 - 1,000 images)  within about two (2) weeks of the photography date.  You will have two months to view these images free online, and can extend that time if you wish. You may allow friends and family to view these images by giving them the password.  From those pictures, customer, or their friends,  may select any number of  pictures to purchase, or albums, etc., and have the right to order any additional professional prints, enlargements, etc., BUT THERE IS NO OBLIGATION to BUY ANYTHING.   

Customer understands that liability of Photographer is limited to the cost of payment by the customer; that digital files may be offered for sale for $200.00 within two weeks from the date of wedding.  From these digital files Customer may make their own prints. Customer pays with this agreement $800.00, which is not a deposit but a contract for time and talent only, non-refundable.
